Are the trainings live or on-demand?

We offer a mix:

  • Self-paced courses you can complete on your own schedule

  • Live workshops and expert Q&A sessions (depending on the program) All participants get lifetime access to their training content.

Will this help me if I’m already experienced?

Absolutely. Many of our students are seasoned professionals looking to:

  • Improve efficiency

  • Update outdated tactics

  • Learn advanced investigation strategies

  • Grow their private practice, investigations firm, enforcement business or expand into new states

We provide depth—not just beginner-level info.

Will this help me if I have zero experience?

The program was designed so someone with no experience can learn to become an expert in asset finding.

Will you help me collect a judgment?

We might be able to help. We can take a look at the judgment debtor and let you know if it looks like its something we can help with. If your willing to let the school use it as a practice case, then all future costs are advanced for you for the recovery, and you will receive a portion of funds recovered. Contact us and let's discuss it: https://ara.school/get-in-touch-with-us

But I don't have any accounting experience

No worries! We teach proven financial investigations processes, not accounting. You may need to analyze bank statements and other financial records, but more for identifying sources of income, where the funds were moved to, and patterns of deception and fraud. And you will learn how to use software and processes that help get the job done faster.

Do you teach state-specific procedures?

Yes, wherever relevant. While our core enforcement frameworks are universal, we include:

  • State-specific timelines (e.g. for writs and renewals)

  • Local forms and filing tips

  • Jurisdictional enforcement challenges

  • You’ll learn how to adapt what we teach to your specific state.

Is there a certification?

Yes. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion which you can use to demonstrate continuing education or professional development.

Do I need a PI license to benefit from this?

No. While some tools and tactics are restricted to licensed PIs, our courses are designed to help anyone working in the missing persons or assets ecosystem (legal and investigations) —including those who outsource skip tracing or legal filings.

What kind of support do I get?

You’ll have access to:

  • A private member community

  • Email support

  • Scheduled one-on-one Zoom meetings

  • Live coaching or office hours (in select programs)

We’re here to help you apply what you’ve learned and overcome obstacles as you work real cases.

Is this recognized by any official agencies?

While not currently state-certified for continuing legal education (CLE), our content is used by professionals nationwide and respected in the enforcement and investigations space. If you need official credits, we can help you submit materials for review.

I have a judgment I'd like to sell..(or one to donate to the school).

We will take a look at it and get back to you with a cash offer. Go here for more details https://ara.school/judgmentsalequote

If you want to donate your judgment to the school, you may be able to write off the debt for a tax credit (discuss this with your tax professional) and have the satisfaction that the judgment debtor will be investigated for any possible recovery opportunities.
